I think my gf's roommate (male) is creeping on us

So it has now happened twice. She lives in a large 2 story house with a male who is single and 10 years older than her. Very nice but sort of socially awkward when it comes to women (always runs them off). He's no threat whatsoever if you've been around the two of them.

First time we joked about because we weren't sure. Her bedroom is right by the kitchen, on the opposite end of the house from his bedroom. One night we were in her room and we heard him enter the kitchen around 11:30. We were hooking up at the time and she immediately pushed me off because she was embarrassed he might hear us. He stood in the kitchen for 10-15 minutes doing absolutely nothing. No dishes, no getting food/drink, complete silence. The entire first floors are stained concrete so sound carries big time and we would have heard any movement. I was baffled as I lay there frustrated.

So this morning around 7:30 we hear him walk through the kitchen and turn the light off but never leave the kitchen. We were also hooking up at the time. We kept at it but she made sure it was quiet. As SOON as we finished 5 minutes later we hear the door to the garage(which is right by her door) quietly open and close.. I mean anytime an exterior door to a house is opened at normal speed you get that woosh from the pressure changing and we didn't get that. Then his truck starts up and he pulls out of the driveway immediately.

First time we just speculated and joked, now after this I'm convinced he is trying to listen in on us. He owns the house so it is an awkward situation. Oh and we get along great. Shes now creeped out.
