They are about to 4 lane jones creek. Has something to do with that probably. My first thought was retainage pond.

No idea, but I drove down Jones Creek Rd. the other day for the first time in at least a year or so, and that has to be one of the worst roads in Baton Rouge. . .
I swear that stretch between Tiger Bend and Coursey had my suspension working overtime!
