Send it back and they'll fix it for you for free. Well, you pay the shipping to them costs.

Call them and they will send you a pair of ear pieces for $10. That way you do not have to ship the glasses to them.

For 30 they sent me whole new arms. 3 dollar glasses repair kit at Walgreens has the right screwdriver.

They'll only do that if your model is discontinued. Got me a new pair of harpoons after I had a pair of older models for 5 years.

I had this happen twice and was very unhappy with their response both times. First time they charged me 50+ shipping and when I asked how do I know the same thing won't happen again they said "we can't make any guarantees". 2 months later the rubber was peeling and lens seperating from the frame. After calls from me and helpful family members they finally agreed to send a different make for 25. I really like costa lenses but have been very dissappointed with their service.

If you send them back you have to pay shipping plus the $11.00 processing fee. All they will do is put on new arms. So you are without your glasses for 2 weeks. Just order the pieces from them and put them on yourself. They charged me $10.00 for the ones on my Fathoms. I change them about every three years.
