I am 33 years old and have gone from 190 to 235 several times. Is that seriously messed up?

This usually happens if you eat sugar late before bed. Especially ice cream.

I'm 30 and in the same boat. I've been between 200-220 for the past 3 years. When I hit that 220 plateau I up my dosage of adderall from 10-20mg a day and exercise harder. After a few weeks the weight goes down.

Maybe you have diabetes.

I fluctuate between 180 & 190. 180ish during the summer when it's hot & don't like eating much, & 190 when it starts to cool back up.
