Adding chairback seats for first time season ticket holders

Do the seats not show up on the website the first season?
Mine show nothing when i put in my account number, im guessing i just need to call them.

I believe it's an independent company. It won't show up on the LSU site. I've done it every year and never had a problem.

Yea I know it's an independent site, that's why I said when I put in my acct number nothing shows up.

They are called Tiger Seatbacks. See link. I put these in for three years. The leasing company hires a fundraiser club like LSU concessions. They are a good deal. Each year they have been here they have increased their amount of seats they have leased. They told us that they had a set number each season and if they sold out they were done.

When you put your account # on their site, it's so they can get your seat location from LSU when they receive your order. Their site doesn't have real time access to the seating database. They do it after receipt of order.
If you know your seat location, just put it in, otherwise, they'll contact LSU later to put your seatbacks in.

I have the same issue for a first time season ticket holder.
When you put in your acct #. It doesn't give you the seats nor does it let you manually input them

Sorry, I'm mistaken. The way I described was how it has been done for 5 years and how it was when I orders months ago.
It looks like it's different now. Just call tomorrow.

You can just call them and tell them your account number and the seats you wants to have the chairbacks on. I think they only get the list probably once a year in early summer, so their database doesn't have the most up to date info.

I added another seat and relocated this year so I had the same issue with my new seats not showing up on their website. Just call and tell them what you want to do. They were very help and nice over the phone.

Yeah my new seats didn't show up, I had to call them to do it.
