Cinton St Dep Colluded With IRS To Discriminate Against Pro Israel Groups

TRUTH REVOLT 7, 29, 2014 with Wall Street Journal excerpts
An IRS agent alledgedly told Z Street his direction was to “give special scrutiny to organizations connected to Israel.” ( the lawyer of Z Street was told this upon his request for why Z Street was being denied 501 (c) (4) status.)
In August of 2010, almost three years before Lois Lerner announced at a law conference that the IRS had indeed targeted certain groups, Z Street filled a lawsuit contending the IRS was targeting them because they were pro Israel, The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the Clinton State Department may have worked with the IRS in discriminating against pro-Israeli organizations.
Z Street filed their suit after an IRS agent allegedly said his direction was to “give special scrutiny to organizations connected to Israel,” and that the files of some of some of those “ organizations were sent to Washington, D.C. to determine whether the activities of the organization contradicted the public policies of the administration.” The documents discovered by the House Ways and Means Committee indicate the IRS and State Department were confering in 2009 about pro Israeli groups like Z Street and considering arguments to deny tax-exempt applications.
Wall Street Journal excerpts
“ In an April 16, 2009 e-mail, Treasury attache to the U.S. consulate in Jerusalem, Katherine Bauer sent IRS Treasury colleagues a 1977 JTA News article sent to her by State Department foreign service officer Breeann McCusker. The subject was whether 501 (c) groups buying land in Israel's disputed territories were engaged in “possible violations of U.S. tax laws.” The article chronicles the controversy and whether “idealogical activity” can “legally be financed with the help of U.S. [tax] dollars.”
“ Thought you might find the below article ( JTA News ) of interest, looks like we've been down this road before,” Ms. Bauer wrote. “Although I believe you've said you can't speak to on going investigations, I thought it was worth flagging the 1997 investigation mentioned below for you if it can be of any use internally when looking for precedence [sic] for THE CURRENT CASES.” A Treasury spokesman declined comment on Ms. Bauer's behalf.
The only “current case” was ths Z Street application.
WSJ excerpts continued.
“ The “current cases” would have been applications like Z Street's in which Israel-related activity was apparently being scrutinized for its ideological and policy content. The government says Z Street got special scrutiny because it was focused in a region with a higher risk of terrorism, which is hard to believe and in any case doesn't explain all the IRS's behavior.
It doesn't cover, for instance, why one questionaire we've seen from the IRS to another Jewish group applying for tax-exempt status [was] asked “ Does your organization support the existence of Israel ?” and “Describe your organization's religious belief systemize toward the land of Israel.” No matter the answers, they should not affect the processing of an application for 501 (c) status. The State [Department] -IRS e-mails reveal a political motivation for IRS scrutiny that gives Z Street powerful evidence for its lawsuit charging IRS bias. ( targeting )
On Monday the IRS filed an appeal of the judges ( May 27, 2014 ) decision denying its motion to dismiss Z Street's case. The government says the action stops all discovery while appeal is pending, a process that could take months or even years. By filing the appeal on the last possible day, the Justice Department is running out the clock on discovery during the remainder of the Administration.
This is a whole lot of effort to prevent discovery ( and below I will show why this is key ) in a case that is not seeking damages. Ways and Means [Committee] uncovered the email exchange between the State Department and IRS only after Treasury was forced to turn over documents it had previously withheld. What else did it lose in the ether ?
Here is why the DOJ, Obama and the Dems are so scared of this case. It was filed in 2010, and ANY EVIDENCE DESTROYED after the filing date will be a burden upon the IRS to prove that they didn't wilfully obstuct justice. HELLO COMPUTER CRASHES after 2010, this will be considered, imho, obstuction of justice and spoilation of evidence. All other lawsuites were filed after the “ supposed computer crashes ” even though Ways and Means Chairman Camp had inquired about the IRS targeting 10 days before the “crashes began.” This filing by Z Street in 2010 predates the destruction of evidence, and imho, will see many people go to jail on obstuction of justice charges. No judge is going to buy a 25 percent computer crash rate ( of possible suspects ) and buy that scratches on computers were reason enough to recycle computers that the IRS should have known, had possible evidence in a current lawsuit.

The dems really hate Israel but need their support. Notice the snide way Kerry called them an Apartheid State, and how Obama detests all things Israel when his true feelings are shown.
The key though, to me anywsy, is the lawsuit filed in 2010.
All destruction of evidence after 2010 is destruction of evidence and obstruction of justice, which is why the DOJ is appealing even though the group is not seeking damages.
This Z Street lawsuit could bring down the house of cards.

Jews support the democrats strictly on social issues not financial issues but the strong hold the Democrats have had on Jews has been quickly moving more and more republican over the last few years. Its pretty clear though that Obama/Kerry/and others in this administration have really alienated themselves from the Jewish vote and you are seeing this trend with Republicans picking up more and more support. Its almost like watching the Democratic party in the South implode again but on a national level.
