Thibodaux High senior football player Chris “CJ” Bryant was recognized at the 2014 National Underclassmen Football Combine held at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, on Sunday.
Bryant was one of six players who received the top prospect rising stars award. The combine was attended by 100 of best national high school football players in the Class of 2015.
Bryant, a 5-foot-8, 156-pound standout, finished with the highest combine scores among defensive backs, which allowed him to take home the MVP trophy for the position.
