Something bad happened at Taco Bell on Sherwood Forest (Update: Suicide)

About a dozen police cars, fire truck, and EMT.
Entire parking lot is barricaded.
Not sure I want to know where the meat comes from.

lab puppy found in parking lot.

That's just the new Inspection sticker checkpoint in the middle of the bridge.
They'll be up and running daily, but only during the convenient hours of 6am-10pm.
Location chosen to kill 2 birds, err dogs, with one stone. Anyone found with a puppy in their vehicle will immediately have it tossed in the river.
