"Hate Speech" apparently a moving target for Facebook

After all of the pages removed or edited for reasons related to hate speech, you'd think Facebook would have been a little more proactive. They removed the page, eventually:

Of all the "oppressive" pages that have been created and forced to be removed, one that actually threatens someone's bodily harm due to his ethnicity is ignored until after it happens.
