I have recently started eating chia and hemp seeds everyday. I feel like I have more energy and have become more regular.

I've become more regular by drinking coffee every morning.

Nut butter. The activity level of the day usually dictates whether it is peanut or almond, etc.

Avocado. I try to have 1/2 of one with every meal.

I've also lost over 40lbs and 6 inches on my waist since October.

I mix it up between blueberries, almonds, chicken breast, and spinach... Occasionally some black beans and egg whites.

Thank you.

I see a trainer M,W,F for an hour, and take a strength/cardio class at the Y on Tues, Thursday & Saturday. I also play Basketball twice weekly for a couple hours each time.

More important than that, I changed my diet completely. I write down everything that I eat in a journal to help keep me honest, and when I am failing to see results, I can review it to see what I should change.

Started at 253 lbs, am currently at 211 lbs

Do you have the myfitnesspal app? Helped me a lot and might be easier for you than the journal. You can also just scan the bar code of packaged foods.

No, I think my wife might though. I'll look into it, and post in the other thread so as not to hijack this one.

Another thing I consume on a daily basis is raw almonds. I have also replaced coffee in the morning with green tea. I try to have 2 cups in the morning, and then 2 in the early afternoon.
