I've been keeping up with this kid since his middle school days. Im not sure if he has an LSU offer YET, but I know LSU is recruiting him really hard. C/o 2017 could be a special one. I feel as if he's ours to lose. LINK

Where is he from? Is he related to Nick Narcisse that played for Tulane?

I doubt they're related. Nick went to Salmen , Lowell goods to St. James High School.

It will still be tough bc of the possible log jam at qb with either franks or patterson or both

In my opinion, his ceiling is higher at WR. He's playing QB in high school because he's the team's best option available.

Not all of them, quite a few are on that gump fan list. I have seen this kid play though. He could have started varsity in the eigth grade if he were allowed.

I know Junior (Lowell) well. Focused kid with a good head on his shoulders. Academics won't be a problem. His uncle (RB Chad Jasmin) played at Clemson and for the Seahawks and his older brother Joe played at McNeese. He comes from a family of athletes and he is the best. Can't believe he is only going to be a soph this year -- will definitely be one of the best QBs in the state by the time it's all said and done. I know he likes LSU and is flattered but he is not solid on anyone. Went to camps at both LSU and Miss St. and I believe he wanted to go to Nebraska but couldn't fit it in. Since his family has a lot of experience with the recruitment process they know what to expect and will not be sweet-talked by anyone... just look at where his uncle went to school and that's all you need to know. I can tell you already that his mother does not like the logjam of QBs at LSU nor the Zadock commitment for whatever reason.
