How to not get stabbed at the Fiorentina - Roma game?

On my honeymoon the wife and I will be going from Florence to Rome for the game. We will likely be taking the train. If I wear Roma colors we get stabbed on the train. If I wear Fiorentina colors I get stabbed in the stadium. Do I just wear neutral colors? Am I correct in my assumptions or am I being a vag and its more like Bourbon Street where bad stuff happens but you should be fine. Any suggestions on where to sit/what to do?

meh at least its no Lazio vs Roma
Well if you have on Roma colors and its an away game you better sit in the away section and travel with their fans. An away section in that league is basically all ultras. So you might just wana sit in the home stands family section and have on something neutral and don't cheer for Roma.

The game is in Rome. My OP may have been a little confusing.

Yeah, the concern would be Roma v Lazio.

Wear Roma colors sit in family section if you want them to win.

Quit being a pussy and wear a full Lazio kit. Dress the old lady up in Juve gear (see what I did there?), and get balls deep in Roma's loudest section. You're going to experience Italian culture, might as well immerse yourself completely.

In soccer, home side is named first.
