Subsequent to becoming a student-athlete, an individual shall not be eligible for participation in intercollegiate athletics if the individual:

Accepts any remuneration for or permits the use of his or her name or picture to advertise, recommend or promote directly the sale or use of a commercial product or service of any kind

can't tell if trolling or being serious. it was just a showing of his workout routine. I highly doubt he's profiting from anything except the workouts...

Could be the issue if he is getting free workouts but I am sure the lsu office has this figured out. I doubt it is an problem

It makes no difference whether he is profiting or not. He cannot allow his name to be used to recommend a commercial service.

I hate to say it, but if I had an upstart fitness business here, let's say Cross-NOLA Xtreme Fitness, and I advertised a video of LF, id make some serious $$$ off of that. Id get a letter from LSU before I could blink.

Is there any real proof this was while he was connected with LSU?
The video was posted in June, but that doesn't mean he did the workouts while at LSU. Yes he has LSU shorts on, but that doesn't mean he was a student athlete at the time.
