People who have those earrings that stretch out your earlobes into a hole

Do these people realize that they are pretty much eliminating themselves from ever getting a job in a professional setting? I hope they enjoy being in the service industry or unskilled labor for the rest of their lives.
Can't see how anyone would want to hire anyone whose earlobes have been stretched so far that you could fit a soda can through them.

False premise. I know of at least one guy and one girl with gauged ears that have jobs in professional settings.

The work place is becoming a lot more acceptable of this type of stuff.
I can see if they are absolutely huge gauges, but if you can do your job well then businesses are starting to overlook quite a bit of the visual aspects.

locale makes a difference as well. Some areas have looked past this for a while now.
