Snapchat - why use this app?

What age group is using Snapchat regularly? This wasn't around when I was in college and curious who is using it and really for what. Is this just an app to send nudes or do people actually use it to share normal pictures?

It's good for normal pictures as well as silly/embarrassing ones, since you can't save the pics.

I've been watching snippets of saints football practices using the app. You can also follow other celebrities who sometimes post interesting pics.
With your friends you can just use it as a means of communication. For example i sent a buddy a pic of my dog playing tug of war.

it's widely used in college and shite for flirting (really not sexting although im sure it happens) and sending pics back and forth to various girls (and your guy friends of course). you have a best friends list that others can see. basically, girls you are dating/talking to/fricking can see who all you are doing that with.
