What are the chances of getting out of a ticket on East Boyd and Burbank

Received a ticket last night at East Boyd and Burbank for crossing Burbank from East Boyd. Since this intersection has been in the news lately for causing drivers so much confusion do you think I could possibly get the ticket dropped or reduced?

It was late last night so msybe there was a sign saying right turn only but I never saw it? Can anyone that lives out that way tell me if there is any signage at that intersection?

You miss that giant sign that says "right turn only". It's even in the video you posted.
