I'm looking at a 2014 Ford F150, either the FX4 or the Lariat. Just curious if anyone has purchased one recently and if so, what did you get it for. The best offer I have right now is 39k + TTL. I want my note around $400 over 5 years, I plan on putting down around $15k.

Need more info like what options and engine. If it's a loaded fx4 or lariat with ecoboost that's a good deal. If it's the 401a package with the 5.0 not so much.

Btw your note will be probably around $475 a month once you add TTL.

Looking at King Ranch and Lariat also. With the body style changing next year it seems like a good time for a deal. What truck and dealership are you at 39k on now?

Got a new 2013 a few months ago for about that same price- fully loaded Ecoboost 4x4.

ETA: mine does not have the HID headlights, which is the only thing I really wanted and didn't get.

I'm not worried about fully loaded. However, I do want the ecoboost. That price came from Robison Brothers in Baton Rouge. Pretty much I will take the base FX4 with ecoboost.

Are you willing to try another dealer outside of BR? Near Lafayette?

Check out Mac Haik Ford in Houston and DeSoto, TX. There prices are almost unbeatable.

In Houston they are advertising the FX4 for 36,944. Just a quick web search. Makes me want to take a drive.

Be careful with that. Metro dealers will do anything to get you into the door. Then; once you arrive; the "fees" and destination charges will be added. They figure if you're from out of town and drive all the way there...you might as well leave in a new vehicle. Their thought process is if they piss you off...it does not matter. There's 4 million people in the city itself, not counting the surrounding areas.

I am open to the laffy area. Just test drove the FX4 with ecoboost and that is what I want. I will check the Houston area.

I deal Honda's but have a very close friend who works at Sterling Ford.

I called him and briefed him on your situation...his name is Blake Arceneaux if you'd like to try them. (337) 942-2686

I went to Houston and had no such problems. Was a pretty pleasurable experience compared to some of the other dealerships I dealt with.
