Will there be places that smokers can go to have a cigarette?
I don't smoke but I feel bad for the smokers. I don't see the big deal if they're having a cigarette away from the entrance/exits of buildings.

They'll never enforce it during football season, and I could care less about them not letting trashy arse people smoke walking around campus. But educated oral tobacco users will never be a problem.
