Personally, why do you hate the Jews?

I've tried to understand the hatred to this ethnicity, but from a rational perspective I still don't get it. I've heard generalizations like, "because of Jesus", "they hoard money", "they control the banking system" and "they control Hollywood".

Personally, I'm not a Jew hater but apparently there is huge contingency of Jew haters world wide. If you are a Jew hater what is your rational basis for the hate? Do you wake up in the mornings angry at the Jews? Did a person of Jewish ethnicity wrong you? What's the dealio?

My personal experience with Jews is that they are some of the nicest people I have met.

I think it stems from a spiritual God problem.

Slightly off topic, but I'm watching this bbc documentary on auschwitz. They had this former member of the ss who actually participated in some of those atrocities speak about it. Still completely unapologetic, still hates the Jews, still holding hatred for all Jews because he believes a Jewish man swindled his fathers farm and cost them everything.

I hope so. Jew hate has always been a conundrum for me. There seems to be no, zero rational basis for the hate. I'm just trying to understand.

Okay. I can buy this. There is somewhat of a rational basis for the hate when it's applied to the specific person who wronged him. But applying it to the entire Jewish people is where the logic fails.

it would probably take someone who use to have the hate that has converted to explain it, I'm not sure if that type of person exist tho.

You and me both. But it is very much alive. Waiting for the usual suspects to arrive and launch their diatribes.

Geared up, ready to go.

The same would probably apply to KKKers. The late senator Robert Byrd probably could have answered this question.

they may not know themselves, they are obviously blind that they even have that problem. I'm thinking there could be an inner man that tells people that Israel might be the last free nation standing when the world goes to shite, and a lot of people hate freedom. Maybe we will live to see those days

Interesting topic. I grew up in So. California (small town) no blacks but plenty of Indians and Mexicans. We all got along. I could never understand the hate for blacks (both my parents were very racist) never made sense to me to hate someone you didn't know just because of the color of their skin. Doesn't make sense to hate for ethnic or religious beliefs either.

I've read a book on the subject of Jew and Armenian discrimination and it was fascinating. You won't find any rational basis for it. In 2014 it's based on things that no longer exist or at least are no longer exclusive to the Jewish people.

From the black community in the United States it has the added caveat of jealousy...Jews are successful and received compensation for wrongs committed against them (their thinking)

I have never seen so many people hating Jewish people as I have here. Nothing to do with politics but damn. Maybe I grew up ,in a plastic bag in the New York area but damn. On the other hand there have been an equal amount of people who are not religious bigots also.

I don't understand how anyone could possibly hate someone due to their ethnic background or religion but I have been mistaken for being Jewish due to my frequent visits to a particular deli and my love of lox-bagels and cream cheese. The owner once even asked me which synagogue I attended. It was kinda funny.

It's an extreme reaction to preconceived notions regarding stereotype.

What's interesting is how certain stereotypes evolved especially in the case of the Jews.
