Computer Programmers in BR area

I need to create a custom quotation tool but don't know anything about programming. Can anybody recommend a company or individual in the BR area for this?

There are a lot of companies that do custom development, Sparkhound, Antaries, Tilt and Envoc to name a few. A lot of programmers including myself pick up side work too. I guess it all depends on how large of a project this is, how fast you need it and how much you are willing to pay.

MEEEE!!! I'll do it for $42k and 10k a year 4/hr week support agreement. 275/hour after 4 hours.
300 call out fee for non-business hours(6pm-6am)
