Just finished Gangster Squad

I can't remember what this board thought of it back when it came out but I figured id give it a shot.
I liked it a lot, it got cartoony at times and had every cheesy action move in the book but it was a lot of fun. My Gosling man crush continues

This movie did not quash my Gosling man crush either, but it did suck. Super cheesy, cliche, poor dialogue, and generally devoid of anything substantive or memorable.

It takes a lot to get me to watch another gangster type movie. The genre doesn't appeal to me.

didn't care for this movie. i could be alone, but i thought emma stone was not right for the character. i don't mind emma stone, but i much prefer her in a comedy.. it didn't work for me.
