Happy hours and after work restaurants in Metry

Not looking for a basic bar, but a place to get small plates and drinks. Chang's has a decent happy hour menu, but I'm looking for options in the Causeway/Vets area and parts nearby.

Not sure how much they do the small plate thing, but Legacy Kitchen has some pretty good happy hour specials at their bar.
Martin Wine Cellar isn't a bar, but they do have some appetizer specials every evening and you can buy your wine or beer to drink from the store.
I think they are doing a two appetizers and glass of wine special for $20.
