Droopys was IMO the best Snowball stand out there. It was located in Harahan right across from another more popular, more terrible snowball stand. They had their famous flavor - the Droopy - which was turquoise and tasted like white chocolate. Great when stuffed with ice cream or topped with condensed milk. I am getting a stiffy and tears simultaneously while talking about this.

Sneaux on the GEAUX in Alexandria makes New Orleans Style snowcones. The grape one is life changing.
