Good jewelry shop in New Orleans/Metairie to bring Rolex

My clasp needs to be tightened, face polished, and I need a tune-up on my Datejust. Are there any places that'll do good work and not rob me blind around Metairie or New Orleans? I know they have to be certified, but don't know how to find out who is without calling every jewelry shop.
I am expecting the tune-up to cost ~$500, but have no idea on the other two. I got Boudreaux's in Mandeville to polish my face last and they did it for free since we are family friends, but they aren't an authorized service center

I hate that fricking parking lot. Any idea on price?
Eta: Just had my secretary call over there once she put her bra back on. General tune-up w/o parts is $595 and takes 1 month. Replace crystal is $110.
