IMF projects worst year for the economy since 2009. Blames bad weather.

There is no way could Obama or any other POTUS overcome a severe Winter in the midst of a global warming crisis. The economy had to suffer.
Recommendations you ask???? Paraphrasing, The Federal Govt. needs to give more child care tax credits and increase the minimum wage. The Federal Govt. needs to give more child care assistance so more people can afford to work.

Nothing in the article attacks Obama or his policies, but you know if W turned out similar numbers it would be all his fault. It's not like we haven't had severe Winters before, right?
