I phone 6 or samsung galaxy?

I know it's been asked a million times, but which one should I go with? I have an iPhone 4s now but I'm eligible for an upgrade. Not sure if I should just get the galaxy now or wait to see what the iPhone 6 is like. What are the pros and cons of each. I've heard a lot of people that switched to android say they would never go back. Just curious.

I switched to galaxy s5 and hate it. Speaker phone is really hard to hear on. Battery sucks. Music volume can't get overly loud. It isnt better than the iphone and can't wait to go back

I have a galaxy and will never go to Iphone-
It really is a Ford Chevy thing also depends on how geeky or techy you are- if you like to have full control over your phone get an android
If you prefer someone else to do all the thinking for you get an iphone

I cannot for the life of me understand how people still ask about this turd with a motherboard. There are literally 3 to 5 threads weekly asking, "should I get iphone or galaxy s5?" Herpaderpderp! Because that's all that there is in the smartphone world. If it's not an iphone, well must get a samsung right?

The Droid RAZR MAXX is pretty awesome. It's essentially the Moto X with a big beautiful battery but it's only on Verizon.
Also OP the correct answer to your question is get anything but a Samsung device.

The note 3 is an amazing phone. I would put it on line with the g3 based on reviews (Im still waiting to get my hands on a g3), but I have those 3rd on my list.

It's because Apple and Samsung do like 99.9999% of all smartphone advertising.
I've never seen an ad for the G3, the HTC One M8, the OnePlus One or the Nexus 5, but I would get all of those phones before I get a Galaxy S-anything.

There's nothing wrong with Android, but if you're comfortable with your 4s and are only considering upgrading because your wireless carrier told you it's time, then you should just wait for the 6. All the physical specs should be in the same ballpark now that the iPhones are increasing the screen size, so there's really no reason to switch unless you either dislike iOS or have a reason Android would be better for you, like you use a lot of google services like GMail, Google Plus, etc.
