Probably going to sear and then do a pork roast in the dutch oven.. rice & gravy.. fresh limas cooked for several hours with chicken broth and sausage (mmmmm, extra creamy).

I have to ask because I am genuinely curious. Why do I always hear of people getting pools at the end of summer where they can't use it until next year?

The weather hot stuff. Hard to dig a huge hole and work in it when it's raining and wet. July-Sept is prime digging conditions. Also, people (my wife) sit there the whole spring and half the summer staring at the backyard blabbing about a pool. Come July others have heard enough.
