Hipster Chicks at Pho Tau Bay

Is there a billboard in the Bywater advertising PTB or something? There's gotta be at least 6 chicks with leg tattoos slurping pho up in here.
I usually avoid Viet in the summer but their cabbage and chicken salad is pretty damn good.
I'll stick with Tan Dinh next time.

If tattooed women frighten you, then don't go to PTB for breakfast on Saturday AMs. The place is usually full of roller derby chicks around 10:30.
Haven't ever had especially bad service at Tan Dinh...it tends toward the amateur, but it is always friendly and the (often very young) servers try to be accomodating.

It just depends on who you get. It's hit and miss for me.
Some of the servers don't even speak english there which complicates things.
Their pho is just as good as pho tau bay IMO. Their bowl size and meat servings are a little more than pho tau bay from what I noticed.

I haven't either. If anything their service is too fast and in your face for me. Language barrier struggle is real though.

Lot of overlap there, I have to think.
I don't get why either being in the same dining establishment is particularly bothersome to anyone, though.

I can stay on the Eastbank for Pho Bang. Right now I'm on a PTB kick. Been there the last two Saturdays.
