Cliffs... Danielle Hunter is a BMF, Dupre can jump through the roof & Quinn would still be considered fast even if he wasn't white. Lol

He said they used some sort of GPS technology to measure speed and Trey Quinn ran 22 MPH.

Malachi Dupre jumped a 42 inch vertical.

Danielle Hunter jumped a 39 inch vertical.

Greg Gilmore was running this morning and looks to be in good shape.

Above all, he said this team is full of leaders and the incoming class has a great work ethic.

Mofffitt says LF's fine physically despite him failing his physical test. Addai failed it 3 times.

Gotta keep hydrated during summer workouts

Eating well is more imp than working out at this point. Drink gallon of water at least every day right now.

Ray Lewis spoke last year. Was surprised how few pple were walking around with water at this point in the year

Gilmore is in great shape. Needs to keep his pads low. Working on that

Most focused groups he's had (dline)

Young guys are focusing on getting in shape early bc they WILL PLAY

How can u practice pads low when u don't have pads on in summer?

Force production and joint alignment is they key. Drills focus on short explosions in summer. Also fundamental alignment when working out is also imp

Gauge on how strong someone is?

Vertical. Broad. 10 yard sprnt (linemen).

D. Hunter- 39 inch vertical yesterday. Ran 21.5 mph today using gps tech.

Prefer everybody be a leader. Every position on this team has a leader. We have more doers and less talkers this year

NCAA has changed rules on contact with playersduring summer so very imp to have leaders.

I need to get jacked in two weeks to go to the beach what should I do?

Start a couple months ago. But just work out upper body and wear longer swim shorts

Dupree vertical 42 yest. Quinn running 22 mph and is very very polished.

Yeah, we're not going that, are we? His name is Ponamsky. He isn't polish royalty, no matter how bad Jimmy Ott wishes he was.

Exact quote on LF:

quote:

"I didn't know this big tweet thing and rumor mill was going on about him failing his 110 test, and all this stuff, but I know this for a fact. Jospeh Addai failed his conditioning test 3 times and I don't think there's anyone in radio land that would say we didn't want to recruit Joseph Addai over again. Leonard is in great shape, he worked very hard before he got here, he did well on our conditioning test and there's nothing to worry about him or anyone else for that matter."

Not that it really matters. I have seen the kid workout personally and know what kind of shape LF is in,

But from the interview I couldn't tell if he really did fail the conditioning test or if he didn't.

Moffitt said how addai failed it three times, but then went on to say LF did great

Yea that kinda threw me off too. Was moffitt using adda As an example of someone else who failed but went on to have a great career. I can't see any other reason to bring him up
