Guy videos road rage confrintation. People still approach other peoples cars?

that is nutts in this day. Anyway,both seem completely irrational.
Guy did cut off the truck . All he had to do was slow down and get behind. Jackass coin thrower was driving like a-hole and did not want him to get over.

if this were in Mother Russia i might could understand it but this guy having a rear facing camera was more than likely looking to capture something along this line. He did kinda provoke the incident. But the guy sending his wife out to do the dirty work.

yeah pre setup camera seems fishy.
