How big of them.
It's not like they were going to bid on any FIFA events in the recent future.
Now if they did this, maybe, maybe a few other federations would get antsy to resign from FIFA.

As I mentioned in another thread, Dyke is a plank. Not fit to run a piss up in a brewery.
Notice how he says the only two signings not to come from overseas so far are the transfers of Luke Shaw and Adam Lallana.
I'm not sure if he realises the premier league has 20 teams in it or not, but he seems oblivious to anyone who's not a top 6 regular.
I love the way he's always bemoaning the premier league, as if he's not the one who was pretty much responsible for it's inception.
