I remember reading from the get go that charged would be dropped cuz the GF was going to fess up to it?
I assume if there's a hold up on news, it because of the legal process.

Mills was only arrested by BRPD. The D.A.'s Office has never officially charged him with any crime. Any "investigation" would have been concluded by now, so it looks like this will just go away.

the charges will be rejected (dismissed) most likely since the girlfriend has taken the fall for the punch. This is exactly what should happen though.

Hopefully that's true but when will they make the decision. The damn DA is dragging his feet. It's pretty ridiculous. It shouldn't take this long but our court system sucks!
