two things, Dobson out is good for thompkins and lafell...but more importantly, Gronk not on list meaning that he's ready to start camp

It's way, way too early to draw conclusions ... But Sammy Watkins was dominant at today's practice. First padded workout for him tomorrow.

Sammy Watkins just plucked a ball out of traffic, got hit by a DB in the mix. Trainer working with him, looks like he may have a cut.

I'm deciding between Watkins and Sankey as my first pick in dynasty

According to the Nashville Tennessean, the Titans "plan on using a running back by committee approach" this season.
Beat writer Jim Wyatt's "thinking" is Bishop Sankey will lead the team in "carries and production," but Dexter McCluster will be ex-Chargers OC Ken Whisenhunt's new Danny Woodhead, and the Titans "want (Shonn) Greene to be their power back in goal-line and short-yardage situations."

deciding between Watkins and Sankey as my first pick in dynasty?

you have better starting WRs or RBs? WR's seem to be a better bet long-term

Say bra, gimme a sleeper. Doesn't have to be an obscure name that no ones ever heard of. Like my sleeper is Andre Caldwell. Who ya got?

could be that hawkins dude in cleveland ,Lyerla in Green Bay.....shite maybe even Lafell in New England for players to keep an eye on....Hopkins for a player who seems to be forgotten about.

I don't really start the sleeper stuff until pre-season starts and I get to see someone in action. Everyone could have a great set-up, doesn't mean that it'll work out...(cotchery in Carolina solid WR2)

Last year I was all for C.Patterson based on how he moved....I love D'anthony Thomas for the same reason this year(but will be a bit harder for him to convert to NFL)

interesting thought, I have no stats to back

I didn’t want any part of Vernon Davis at his price before the holdout. His targets drop drastically when Crabtree is in the lineup.

add stevie J to the mix....let someone else catch VD

But you tell us David Wilson is splitting carries on July 21st?

huh? someone will split carries with Jennings, people with athletic ability tend to get more

quote:

there's more than enough natural running ability here for the Giants to unleash Wilson as an explosive early-down change of pace behind Rashad Jennings. Don't be surprised if Wilson ends up earning at least 6-8 carries as soon as Week 1

also, from a previous post

quote:

Vernon Davis was an attractive pick last season with Crabtree out, but his T/G dropped from 6.1 to 4.6 once Crabtree returned.

30 targets, 15-20 catch fall off

I know they did. My point was that about a month ago, he was still a "sleeper". Only the above average fantasy players were targeting him with later-mid round picks. Now everybody and their momma has jumped on the hype train, raising his price and effectively getting rid of his sleeper status.

It's be awesome to watch him do that in the NFL, always been a fan of watching DAT play. Only thing for me is that in most of those highlights he was untouched and used his straighline speed along with good blocks and poor angles by the defenders. I wanna see how he translates to a level where almost everybody on the defense is almost as fast as you.

Josh Gordon's blood-alcohol count was .09 when he was arrested on suspicion of DWI over July 4th weekend.
The legal limit in North Carolina is .08, so the Browns have reportedly been told that it's possible the charges would be reduced. That could help Gordon's case when he applies for reinstatement to the league following his impending suspension.
