So...it's impossible to fight against guerrilla fighters? So, in order to defeat Israel, Hamas should be allowed to place their missile launchers and mortars on Hospital roofs, and place their snipers in hospital wards because the "good guys" can't hurt them there?

They were shelling missile batteries. Hamas is the ones that placed them in the hospital.
