Anyone else's ESPN2 feed sucking arse today?

My WatchESPN app/apple TV has been fine but espn2 on my TV the audio has been cutting in and out and the picture randomly scrambles.
Yes I paid my cable bill. All my other channels are fine.

Yeah it flickered a bit during the Sounders game. I'm pretty sure it was an issue with the feed from Seattle since I remember noticing the ESPN ticker at the bottom of the screen was unaffected.
