And btw, 8 spacers seems like a shite ton. I think I had 4 of them and wanted to cut my head off the next morning when I woke up.

I had 13.I didn't sleep the whole night. Hurt worse than braces and just about as much as when I first got my metal retainer

You gotta deal with it. When I had 13 it hurt for around a week. Braces won't be nearly that bad

Drink something cold. I used to take my daughter to Dairy Queen for a malt after getting spacers. The cold helps. Also, take some ibuprofen.
