Should meaning what? Health wise I think it's supposed to be, in terms or largest to smallest, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Breakfast, it gets your metabolism started and keeps you going throughout the day from what i've heard

I try to do a light lunch, myself. Being part of the workforce, a heavy lunch doesn't lend itself well to productivity over the second half of the day.

I used to think this way.

Met with a nutritionist and this guy has me eating 8 LARGE meals a day. Shedding fat and gaining muscle

Ideally, you should eat more like 5 smaller than you're used to meals, starting with the biggest and going down from there.

At the end of the day it's how many calories did you consume vs how many did you burn

The theory behind a large breakfast is that it will keep you full longer and thus prevent you from overeating
