SEC Network to Comcast - Done Deal!

According to Comcast, the memo is in preparation of an official announcement being made and not confirmation that a deal has been signed. Comcast spokesman John Demming tells Awful Announcing, “We’re having productive discussions with ESPN and expect to come to an agreement. It’s not uncommon to prepare for a channel launch like this when conversations are productive. We hope to have an agreement soon.”

I was told by someone at Dish yesterday that the SEC Network was going to be available at no extra charge to those on the America's Top 120 (AT120)and higher. I have the AT200 here in Central Florida, so whether or not Comcast includes it is a non-issue for us.
