Long layoff from golf. First round in a year. Hit at top golf 3 days ago and played full round yesterday.

Moved wrong in bed tonight. All upper ab pain. Thought it was gallbladder but it stops when I quit moving.

Tips from Uncle Alum. Do not return to golf at top golf (hero swings). Then play a round two days later.

Sounds like you have some weak obliques. Core work and stretching. I'm making my return to golf this week after a 5 year lay off, I'll probably just focus on putting and chipping for the first week and a little bit of work on the irons and woods.

Nope. I LOVE the chipping game. I beat the shite out of those red and yellow targets.

But when I do play "Top Drive" I can get excessive.
