i can get a nice frostbite snowball and sit & watch the ocean waves. not a SAM in sight.

won't be for long. 30A has changed dramatically. it's too crowded now and the clientelle is very very different than it was 10 years ago (even 5 yrs ago). A friend had his car stolen on 30A last summer and we had stuff stolen off what was supposed to be a private beach this year. time to head further east....
