kinda disturbing tonite ...

i would not binge watch the first season ... honestly, you could start watching it right now if someone told you a few facts about a couple of characters ... you'd def need to know something about the lead ...

it's a concept that could have a lot of interesting stories, but the writers started off with 1 interesting plot, then segued into something altogether different that wasn't related to the original story at all ... and it was done rather poorly, imo ...

I watched season one last year. I thought it was solid. I haven't been able to watch season 2 yet.

I think it'd work well for a binge. There's a decent story there, but the pacing was a bit slow to hold your interest week to week.

I've only seen the first episode of season 2 and it felt weird, hopefully it's just setting things up. There are definitely some good stories to be told between the cartels, corruption, and all the disappearances and murders of young women that has been happening long before any of the cartel stuff blew up.

Ep1S1 was so bad. Did the show improve?

This looks good so far. The female villain is going to be great

Couldn't even finish season 1. Some of those characters are terrible.

I agree with this... I never turned it on again. To each his own, but I personally thought the acting was shite and the plot was just shite thrown into a fan and splattered on the wall.

Respectfully disagree. But as you say, to each his own.

I enjoyed season 1. I haven't started 2 yet.

To me though, because the subject matter is s heavy, I couldn't binge watch it.

Lord I hope so.
Most shows I watch got cancelled - Sons, Justified, Longmire.

Bridge has great characters. the plot gets convoluted, but I really enjoy the show.

I watched Season 1 from the beginning and I've DVR'd Season 2 so far but I may not even bother to watch it.

The only story line I really care about is with the guy from Cougar Town.

Watched all of the first season and while I thought it was ok, I didn't love it. However I watched week to week, and it felt like each episode had terribly abrupt endings. I feel that had I watched all together I might have enjoyed it more.

As for season 2, I've watched all episodes except for the finale, and I've really enjoyed it. A little silly and over the top at times, but very entertaining.

You should watch Season 2. Season 1's focus was the serial killer. Season 2 is about police corruption and the drug cartels. Season 2 starts of a little slow and weird, but by the middle of the season it all starts coming together and I ended up really enjoying it.
