I had no idea a passenger plane could do those things...

I'll give it to them, that's pretty impressive to see a passenger jet do.

The wings have an obvious but subtle design difference from previous passenger planes, but I can't put my finger on it.

Anybody notice what I'm noticing?

Great demonstration flight....

But no way could it fly that program with a full fuel and passenger load.

If I looked out the window and saw the wings flexed at max load, I'd just go ahead and say my final prayers.

Would be a shame if that thing crashed while showing off

I don't think any of those maneuvers would make me throw up, personally. Scare the shite outta me, yes. Throw up? Probs no

Ya think a few more pounds would impact that?

It is impressive in the tight bank there was no stall on the inside wing. Had to be getting close given how vertical the surface was and how tight the turn.

Would have been nice to hear the engines instead of some shitty elevator music.

Some good links from the comments section:

1. Video of the first Boeing passenger jet, the 707, doing a barrel roll: LINK

2. Bob Hoover pouring iced tea while rolling his Shrike Commander… basically the most boss airmanship ever: LINK

3. Ballast barrels are just big barrels of water that are used to simulate passengers when testing various configurations of weight and balance on the aircraft during test flights. The barrels are sometimes isolated, and sometimes connected with tubes, so water can be pumped around in flight to simulate passenger movements. - LINK
