Saw he posted on his instagram that he's starting a "new" chapter...

Releasing him now wouldn't make any sense, but a trade for a guy like Harkless might work for everybody.

Sounds like either a trade or injury. But Austin does seem like he can be the overreacting/dramatic type, so it could be nothing.

Why do people read so much into this stuff?
He probably looked at the last 2 years and was like, "Woah, I kind of suck."
