Golf now and cancellations?

Just booked a twosome. For the AM one hour later the guy has to work last minute. They only bill the tax upfront which I am ok losing. But I am screwed with the cancellation, right..?

Be very careful with this, I posted one awhile back that I cancelled due to weather (rain). Even called the Bluffs and they ok'd the cancellation and both parties are blaming each other for the charge. So I called visa and they removed the disputed charge.
imo short of a hurricane you are expected to show up and you will be charged if you don't.
they golfnow has your cc on file and I think within the next month you will be charge for a cancellation which is the round of golf.

You'll lose the transaction fee/tax, but the green fees are due at the course.
Now if it's a hot deal and you prepay, then you're shite out of luck unless the course will reschedule your tee time. Doesn't sound like this is your issue though.

I am under 24 hours. But was not a hot deal like u mentioned.
Just irritating. I have a gift card to another course that's closer. Was just meeting this guy in the middle.

yes they are in my case my cc was charged at a later date b/n the bluffs and golfnow.
