Personally some of the art is very meh, but when I see a painting done but someone who is known it is kinda cool. I however, love seeing old medieval pieces, renaissance pieces, Roman era pieces, and basically anything from Greece area....

I would like to say no, but I had to take some dumb art appreciation-like course as an undergrad and I didn't hate it.

I love photography (especially black and white nudes/bodyscapes) but I hate most museums. Except children's museums where I can play :)

Birmingham, Alabama has a really nice Museum of Art and it is free to visit. It's a good 2 hour visit to just stroll through.

Yes. Art more than museums but not by huge margin. Galleries are incredible experiences.

I do. Lot of great ones in Dallas and Ft Worth. We try to hit them at least once a year. And we hit some galleries every so often. I do find when I am traveling in Europe and going to museums, I can get arted-out. So we try to just hit one a day at most and then we feel we've culturally earned our beers.

Some yes. Some no. I prefer sculptures. Especially from the old Italian greats.

there are some badazz paintings out there. Old English hunting portraits are legitimate. We have a pretty nice art museum in BR for a city this size.

Munich had the best interactive museum I've ever been in. No clue what it's called though.

ETA: Found it. Deutsches Museum.

I enjoy cool outdoor art and photography.

Wouldn't mind checking out artifacts at a museum from the different crusade periods.

went to Cummer Museum recently and I was disappointed in the amount of medieval stuff/renaissance stuff but they made up for it with a very nice aboratorium

I loved the national gallery in London. I enjoyed it more than the louvre.
