I'm in sales and in dire need of a solid program to keep up with notes.

Is Onenote good for this? If so, can you link the Onenote on your computer with the Onenote app on your phone?

If you DON'T use Onenote, what do you use?

Evernote is available on your desktop and callproof has a desktop website and a mobile app.

OneNote is a very solid program to keep up with notes. It also cloud syncs to a free app for your mobile device, if that's you're kind of thing.

This. Why must EVERYTHING be relegated to some digital function?

I use OneNote for a different profession. I love it. Very easy to organize, link information, add pictures, hyperlinks, topics, sub-topics, ect. I like that it is fully searchable and that you can put various icons next to types of information (helps sort info). I doubt that I'm using it to its full potential though. That said, I have not used any other similar program, so I really can't compare it to the others mentioned in the thread. See if you can get a free trial to determine if it suits your needs.
