PPP polled MS recently:

quote:

If the candidates for U.S. Senate this fall were Republican Thad Cochran, Democrat Travis Childers, and Reform Party candidate Shawn O’Hara, who would you vote for?

Thad Cochran ................................................. 40%
Travis Childers................................................ 24%
Shawn O'Hara ................................................ 5%
Undecided....................................................... 31%

The following gem is on page 20
quote:

- McDaniel's supporters: 38% say they would support the United States in a second Civil War to 37% who would go for the Confederacy.

It is Mississippi, you either have lazy arse welfare queens and the politicans that feed off themm (i.e chokwe lumba types) or confederate flag waiving, Bible thumping Baptists that don't allow beer to be sold on sat. I mean wtf is there else to do in Mississippi during the freaking weekend?

That is crazy. Why would any self respecting southerner support the yankees?

So supporting the confederacy is a "conservative" position. GTFO

Yet targeting black radio stations saying Mcdaniel will take your welfare is fine.

I'm having trouble finding the quoted paragraph in the link you posted. Can you tell me where to find that? Or are you lying?

I found the story on an another forum. I saw that someone had quoted that stat from the report, so I assumed it was in there. I will remove it until I can find it in the report.

Until then, I'll change the topic of the thread to how many undecided there are

I'm going to assume it was a liberal site like DU if they're letting that shite fly. Do your homework before starting a thread.

In all honesty I'm not sure how any one person could say which side they would support in a Civil War.

For me, it would depend on the issues that started the war. You can't pick a side without first knowing why the war is being fought

I'd support me. That means take the money and take off to England or France. Then come back after war over and buy everything on the cheap.
