Would you drop $8k on this storage unit?

I occasionally buy abandoned or defaulted storage units as a hobby and this one intrigues me. It's fairly local to where I live but I'm hesitant to spend $8k (or more) to buy it. What say the OT experts?

Those choppers in the back can get pricey quick, maybe if I could get real good inspection and some research.
