Will OwnCloud work with Cox internet?

I think my other thread was anchored because of a non-descriptive title....
I have OwnCloud set up and running on a FreeNAS server...I can access everything fine over my local network, but I can't seem to access anything from outside my network.
I've set up port forwarding on my router, I've set up a ddns through no-ip, but I can't seem to make it work. Am I doing something wrong or is Cox blocking something?

Which ports does it use? Cox blocks 80(http), 443(https) and 25(SMTP).

Pretty sure it uses 80....thought someone on here may know a work around.

Noip port 80 redirect.
