Switching accounts with a rooted phone on Verizon

Has anyone had any experience with this? I have a rooted GS4 running Hyperdrive custom ROM. All Verizon and Samsung bloatware has been removed.
Will Verizon know or care when I call and try to switch it over to a new account?
Do I need to flash back to stock before I change accounts?

Are you transferring it to a brand new account, a different phone number on your account, or to another existing customer? If it's an account that is already set up, then the account holder can add that phone on their online account. Verizon shouldn't be able to tell anything that is running on the phone.

He'll no. It's your phone. Doesn't matter if you paint it in pink zebra stripes. Slap in a SIM card and go.
